Me and my two housemates have had an amazing experience with Keane Thompson. We are now renting our dream house in an ideal location at an unbelievable price. Our letting agent, Annemarie, was so helpful, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. All the agents in the office were so kind and happy for us when we got the place. Our experience with Keane Thompson was positive. I found Elizabeth to be an excellent estate agent - organised, proactive and professional, and I would happily recommend her services. Elizabeth also oversaw the refurbishment of the apartment after the departure of a very challenging tenant, and we got a very good price for the property, which i suspect had much to do with the tenacious efforts and professional approach from Elizabeth. Keane Thompson also managed the property for us for a number of years while it was let out. The tenant was very challenging and KT did a very good job dealing with her up to the point of her departure and assisting with a challenging RTB case. I would also commend Anna and the accounts team, who are very helpful and professional on many occasions helped me with queries regarding my tax return.
