All of our tenants are thoroughly vetted through a number of procedures and we will arrange all aspects of the Letting from tenant vetting, leases, inventory, utility transfers, RTB registration etc right through to move in and management throughout the year if required.

Some of Stuart’s key strengths include a hands-on approach, strategic property management, organisation and previous construction and engineering background which is helpful for any maintenance issues that we may encounter with our properties.
We offer a full Lettings & Management service which offers a hassle and stress-free option for our clients. Keane Thompson ensures that all our tenants are fully vetted before recommendation making sure that the client receives top-class tenants and service.

Meet Annemarie, an associate in our Lettings & Management team. She brings valuable experience from a fast-paced UK lettings and management company and is currently completing a two-year Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship at Ballsbridge College of Further Education, in partnership with Keane Thompson.
Annemarie’s proactive and meticulous approach ensures that our team runs smoothly and that every client interaction is handled flawlessly. Highly focused, ambitious, and driven, she anticipates client needs and consistently delivers the highest level of service.
