Our experience with Keane Thompson was positive. I found Elizabeth to be an excellent estate agent - organised, proactive and professional, and I would happily recommend her services. Elizabeth also oversaw the refurbishment of the apartment after the departure of a very challenging tenant, and we got a very good price for the property, which i suspect had much to do with the tenacious efforts and professional approach from Elizabeth. Keane Thompson also managed the property for us for a number of years while it was let out. The tenant was very challenging and KT did a very good job dealing with her up to the point of her departure and assisting with a challenging RTB case. I would also commend Anna and the accounts team, who are very helpful and professional on many occasions helped me with queries regarding my tax return.
