Our experience with Keane Thompson was positive.
I found Elizabeth to be an excellent estate agent - organised, proactive and professional, and I would happily recommend her services. Elizabeth also oversaw the refurbishment of the apartment after the departure of a very challenging tenant, and we got a very good price for the property, which i suspect had much to do with the tenacious efforts and professional approach from Elizabeth.
Keane Thompson also managed the property for us for a number of years while it was let out. The tenant was very challenging and KT did a very good job dealing with her up to the point of her departure and assisting with a challenging RTB case.
I would also commend Anna and the accounts team, who are very helpful and professional on many occasions helped me with queries regarding my tax return. Overall, a very nice bunch to deal with.

I thought it was going to be a simple process to sell my rental property and I went along with the Estate Agent suggested by my solicator. Building Energy Rating (BER) Cert
From the 1st of January 2009, all homes offered for sale or rent are required by law to have a Building Energy Rating Certificate (BER), with fines of up to €5,000 for noncompliance. Each assessment will ascertain exactly how much energy and carbon a house will use or produce over a given year, and the performance will be rated from A to G.
